What is your refund policy?
10% Cancellation fee until 7 days prior to class, Within 7 days of class, full credit toward another class. No-shows will not receive a credit or refund. Online classes and book- if you are not satisfied with your training we offer a full refund. Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
What is the dress code?
Comfortable, professional clothes. Scrubs and/or labcoat preferred. Bring Sweater in case it gets cold
When will I get my order?
Books and products please give 7 days. Online classes within 12 hours of purchase.Shipping- The book is free shipping, a $8 flat fee for product orders.
How will I receive my CE hours?
At the end of class you will be given online access to your test, once passed it will generate your certificate.
Can I enroll as a student?
Yes, but you will not get CEs until you are licensed.
Is Hands-on Included?
It depends on the class, most classes are theory and demos. We do allow you to receive a treatment during class if time allows.
